Corporal punishment is no longer allowed in British schools. But I would expel most of the cabinet.

They are so sick they would probably enjoy it and ask for more - especially Buggeroff Prescott. They would be inviting people round and making a sadists and maschocists party out of it. Hell they get enough freebies without giving them anything else. They would probably put it on their expenses.
