so what is the meaning of spin; is it spin ernergy or strainght line energy?

NO!!! Particles do *not* spin like a top. 'Spin' is a name given to a characteristic of particles. But it doesn't mean that they actually 'spin' any more than 'charge' means that they have a Visa Card ☺
