i rung up sky and they want me to pay £65 call out and i told them to stick it lol

That happened to us.
We wasn't prepared to pay a call out. Then one day we had had enough so rang up to cancel.
They asked about what was going on and why we were cancelling.
In the end they came out to repair it (free) we had 7 reconditioned boxes. Then we said don't give us any more crap boxes.
They sent a 'care bear' and he gave us a brand new box, the bigger hard drive one. Although we still get problems.
Basically if you say you'll cancel they will do anything to keep getting your monthly payment.

the dish could have come loose and moved in the wind like mine did.I got somebody to watch the picture while i repositioned the dish and tightened the securing nuts up.THE cost a cup of tea for my friend

check your coxial connections if there crap change them,coxial is the end of your sat wire the silver piece you can buy connectors from comets{best makes r called monster}they are gold colour,brilliant.

try one of the people in the paper that sort out sky probs mabe its something easily rectified you wont know till you ask!!!
