At press conference earlier, Dubya was desperately trying to rubbing and self-praise himself and his people (like Condy Rice) for the return of North Korea to 6-party talks when most credit should go to China. When China mentioned that North Korea would return to 6-party talks a few weeks ago, Condy's lapdog, Chris Hill basically laughed it off as not going to happen.

In one sentence you imply that Bush was just waiting for the right moment before the elections to order that little pot-bellied pig from Korea back to the negotiating table (as if he could). In the very next sentence, you say he had nothing to do with it. It was all China. I'd say make up your mind, but it's obvious you don't have one.
