I have the same problem and it is a tough habit to break. Just say f--- them when someone hurts your feelings and remember that you are giving them more power over you than they should have, just by dwelling on them. And talk to some really cool people to cheer you up.

Change what you do and who you do it with. There are many good things available and You need to get involved in positive programs. Taking time with people who you can help like old or young gives you and easy lift and enables you to see how easy it is to get someone to smile. By giving help you prove your value and the smiles and satisfaction you can get are really great. Stay away from the negatives in life and build on the positives.

use your imagination to dream up magnificent things ( beaches, motorcycles, wild horses running, new car..) your dreams can take you where you need to be! listen to some Bob Marley or Jimmy Buffet, if you can't focus, try working or cleaning something, or maybe try to help someone else who is in need, hope that helps good Luck!
