I am having problem with my PC. My PC was working fine. I recently changed my ATX casing along with its Power Supply. But when I connected my monitor to my NVIDIA Geforce 6200 (TC) PCI card, green vertical lines appeared on the screen superimposed on the picture. Windows booted normally with a prompt that new hardware found. I installed the drivers in a hope that the lines will be gone but after that the computer restarts continuously at windows XP startup. But when i plugged the same monitor to my Built-in INTEL 915 VGA the computer booted normally with no lines. Please help me. I've tried everything I could.

It is purely due to VGA card. Either the correct driver is not installed or the Hardware is corrupted. Try to install the correct Driver software that came with the hardware. If your motherboard is integral, then use its motherboard software to install VGA. (Dont keep the VGA driver selected defaultly by XP. Try to clean the slots to remove dust. then try again. If you are not familiar please take the help of a Hardware Engineer. It will become alright. Dont worry.

Shut down and reseat the video card
Reboot the PC in Safe Mode
Uninstall the video card and drivers
Reboot and hope that it correctly reinstalls the video card
