throat pain and my sinus gets blocked . is there any natural remidy to get rid of this allergic sinusitis?

That's what I was thinking: try out an online test to see if you have a systemic yeast infection. Also, try to find the symptoms of systemic/whole body yeast overload.

You can buy a box of cheap mask, for few dollars, put it on before you step out.
You may also be breathing through the mouth. This can cause the throat to chap, if you get infected there, then it would be more problem.
They come in packages of 15 to 100. Use it, will help and cannot hurt. Buy the kind that covers mouth and the nose.
You will breath slightly warm air. Every little bit can help. I use it from time to time.

To help your sinusitis I would boil a kettle of water and put it in a basin in the sink. Put a large towel over your head and crouch down over the basin, covering the basin completely with the towel and breathe in the steam. This is also very good for anyone with a stuffy head cold too. You could put some nice essential oils in the water also.

as u stay in cold area the things u have to take care is
1,stop easting oil foods
2.drink hot water
3.eat hot food
4.do eat lot of garlic in food
5.wear sweater or thermals to protect u from cold
6.insert cotton in to ur ears by which cold stop enter in to ur body
7.add a pinch of turmeric powder into milk and drink it will give u lot relife
8.take head bath once in a week etc

Maybe you have Candida albicans if you react so badly to sugar.
