I was charged with theft over $300 (a felony) for bounced checks 4 years ago. Can I still vote?

There is a time limit (can't remember exactly how long, 7 years? 10 years?). After this time period, you should be able to petition to have your rights restored. As of right now, no you cannot vote.

I have not heard of that, but I will say...........felons should have their voting rights placed on suspension at least, As voting should be a priviledge and is a civic duty and we want only responsible, trustworthy individuals to have their voice heard.

I think you lose the right to vote in certain cases.
