When I left the bad marriage and went through with divorce -- my ex is violent, abusive, destructive, likes to damage property, steals from me, assaulted me, punched through the windows of the car as I was fleeing with my children, emptied my bank accounts (from MY hard earned Savings from MY Earned Salary), and burglarized my residence, took my car, etc.

1. Spooky scared: Muddy footprints that went up the wall and across the ceiling while the local Sheriff and others were in this old farmhouse with me one night investigating a strange sound. Next morning, after four men slept on the floor in my bedroom, all their weapons were ****** and stacked in the corner of the room.
2. Reality scared: When I was twelve, I got caught in a Michigan blizzard walking home at night by myself after a babysitting job and I fell through ten foot snowdrifts into a huge pit about thirty feet deep. I wasn't alone. A 75 pound wolverine was down there, too. It attacked with more force and viciousness than anyone could imagine. It was ALL teeth. I held it by it's neck and struggled for my life with all I had. But, as we fought, the snowdrifts kept falling in on us, burying us. I was so scared of being buried alive. My brother got worried about me and came looking with a 22 rifle and my beagle. Halfway across the field, my beagle heard the fight in the distance. He bolted and bayed ahead of my brother and I heard him. I started crying and screamed for him. You should have seen him. I looked up, saw him leap like a mighty warrior blindly into the pit from above me and he . . .um . . .took my little problem off my hands. The drifts really fell in then, burying all three of us. But, the fight between beagle and wovlerine was galactic. Wow. My brother got help and I was rescued. The beagle, named Ceasur, lived another twenty years. He dragged that god-awful wolverine hide around until it was flat and black.

I watched The original Texas Chainsaw movie like at 12 o clock ay night, BAD CHOICE!!! I started hearing things,and it was on halloween!

I was working at a Burger King and we were robbed. They put the other people in the freezer and took me over to open the safe. I was shaking so bad I wondered if I could even open it.. I finally did after like 3 tries. It was very scary.

one day there was a loud sound in the sky from a plane traveling very fast and and sounding very low
it was prolonged and did not sound like the normal sound a plane makes
it sounded like a plane in trouble and about to crash nearby
my husband and i froze and my daughter kept yelling get into the basement
we later found out it was 3 military jets on their way to do a fly over Yankee stadium prior to a Yankee game
they traveled so fast the prolonged sound was caused by their flying to and returning from the stadium

Well, I'm a pretty brave girl.....I can tackle large crocodiles, wrestle poisonous snakes, handle hairy spiders, swim in bottomless waterholes in the middle of the night, rescue bees from swimming pools, and out stare angry bulls.......but there is one thing that I am really really scared of ..... grasshoppers -mainly because they are unpredictable when they're going to jump and where they are going to land. (Not sure if they even know themselves) OOooohhh...shivers down my spine!!! (DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT SENDING ME ONE IN THE MAIL!)

I hate,hate, hate to fly!!! So every time I step foot on a plain...I first drink 1-2 beers & then force myself to sleep for the entire flt!!!

Knowing that someone close to me was going to die of a terminal illness, but not knowing exactly when it would happen...
On a more shallow fear level - everytime I see a clown.
