drink water ,matta, soup.
watch cartoon (30 min. daily)
avoid serial/t.v.prog. of type sas/bahu & family drama
avoid hard food
avoid tobacco ,sigrette,whisky,brandy,rum.
watch lal mirchi hari mirchi with family
& last watch your face inmirror & laugh for 15 min. every morning.

Just forget the word tension from U R life and keeping smiling always U can easily remove U R tension as smiling reduces the tension.

to keep your tension away just involve yourself in other activities you like . do whatever you think can make you happy dont be alone it'll increase your tension be with your family or friends if you can share your problem or thought with the one you are very close then share it u'll feel relaxed.or else try meditation it can also help u a lot

Its a problem which everyone in this modern world is facing. When your mind is blocked you get tensed with the hurdles of life.
1. Try to develop hobbies. Read books on motivation or storie son motivation. Exercise. Belive me it really relives you of your stress. it really works for me. I workouyt daily for 2 hours. It keeps you fit mentally and physically.
2. Discuss your heart with your partner. Becuase no on ebut your partner can understnad you better. It is alwyas better to have 2 mids rather than 1.

Just forget that u r affected by tension.Be cool and smiling.And feel that feeling tension is crime as per god and god will punish u if u do so.Then u will come down in ur tension levels.
