Hey everyone i just wanted to share this recipe i got from my OB/GYN. He said it does wonders for his pregnant patients. I myself havent had the whole morning sickness yet but i know alot of you have it and hope this helps you out!!!
1/2 Unisom tablet
1-50mg Vitamin B6 tablet
take together at bedtime
If needed Unisom dose may be increased to one whole tablet two times per day with 50 mg of vitamin B6.
Sea-Bands are also available over the counter and may be used in combination with unisom and vitamin B6.

Hope this helps all of you!!!!

Cool stuff! It'd be nice if people were just a bit more nice about giving you feedback - you are trying to be informative to those who have/have had/will have morning sickness and people want to be rude about it. But I think it's great you posted that. I wrote it down and if I get pregnant again I will remember it. If not I'll let others know.

Although I wish I knew of this when I was pregnant since I had satan-possessed projectile vomiting for 4 months! :)

Thanks for the two points, and yes, where is your question?
Besides why would you want to take any part of a sleep tablet when you are pregnant?
