when I was like 12 I was punky brewster. complete with the pigtails and the hankerchefs. I loved it. I thought that I was so cute. Plus looking back it was great cuz it didn't cost me anything.

My senior year of high school I was the Mad hatter, but goth. I threw it together the night before out of clothes I had around the house, a trench coat, and a hat I had bought not too long before. Threw some white make up on, did some funky designs around my eyes, and had blood dripping from my eyes. Everyone was freaked out by it. Which is probably the only reason I really liked it. It was original, not prepackaged (not that I'm dissing prepackaged...I've got a lot of those!!!), and freaked people out. Isn't that the point of Halloween??

Happy Halloween to ya'll by the way. Hope it's awesome and ghoulish!! =D

I had an awesome Darth Vader costume back in 1982. A couple of years later I went as the Equalizer. That was good, too.

Well it might be overdone but the gypsy is IT for me. Beads, bangles, shawls, swirling skirts, a sense of freedom and dance, yeah, that's IT for me. I'm sure that it is politically incorrect and the gypsy anti-defamation league takes offense at the stereotype but the BatMan anti-defamation league probably resents the wannabes that wear that outfit too.

One year - I made a M&M costume - it was so easy to make - picture a M&M bag (peanut) and I cut out the letters and holes for the arms and head - it was cool....
