I'm looking for print offices to print blueprints. I tried to find, but I couldn't find places. I have no idea where and how much it will cost.

Most places don't do ammonia prints. They've been made obsolete by modern inkjet and laser printing technology. However, if you have an original that you want to reprint (even if it's in old fashioned tracing paper), most reprographics outlets have large format scanners that can scan them in and print them out on paper, or other mediums. They may even scan them as an image or CAD format for you.

Cost depends on size, medium and whether it's black & white or colour.

Look up reprographics in yell.com, and you'll find a number of printers that would do large scale format printing for you.
