What is the Starting Salary Range for CPAs with little experience.?

I was thinking of asking for $1000 per week. It is in a major city and it is a large private firm.

Of course salary will depend on the firm and the location. I used to work for a large, but not huge, firm in Chicago. I think 22 year old newbies with little or no experience started at roughly $50K. Sounds like your expectations are in the ballpark.

At my office they start around $45,000 (NJ).
