5 3/5 to 2 1/10
This is the same as 28/5 to 21/10
Your ration is 28/5 : 21/10
= 5.3 : 2.1

A dime = 10 cents
7 dimes = 70 cents
A quarter = 25 cents
3 quarters = 75 cents
7 dimes to 3 quarters = 70:75
Simplest form = 14:15
