Wow, talk about a sweeping generalisation........
Each person is an individual and as such, each individual should be treated according to how they treat you. I will treat anyone I met with respect until they show that they are not worthy of that respect, at which point, I will ignore them.
I used to live in the US, so I have to admit that like every other colour/creed/nationality, there are good and bad apples in the barrel so I don't really think that a sweeping generalisation like this question is doing anyone any good.
For the Record, I'm white and English.
EDIT: Having just read CATNAP's addition to this question, is it any wonder that the rest of the world thinks the way they do? You don't care what the rest of teh world thinks about anything. That is, unforftunately, the attitude that is often perceived by the rest of the world because people who think this way are usually the loudest (or in the Oval office).....

The opinions of people in other countries are fairly non-biased on race and creed when it comes to U.S. Citizens and dislike us all equally.

Most blacks I have met from other countries, especially Africa, despise American blacks. Why???- I will let you find out on your own.
