where is the easiest place in Malaysia?

My boyfriend travelled to Malaysia and I want to know the easiest place to buy affordable clothes, shoes, and accessories.

Malaysia is currently having Mega Carnival Sales in most major shopping complexes. Big discounts of course! Recommend your boyfriend to visit China Town in KL, Mid Valley Megamall in KL, 1Utama in PJ Selangor, or Curve in Damansara Selangor.

Just ask him to go to any shopping mall....
Most shopping malls (except KLCC) offer affordable clothes.etc.
