Vitamin B helps, alot. You can get it as called "Biotin". Also, there is over the counter medicine called Pamprin or Midol. All these help with cramping, bloating, aches and pains and the most common PMS feeling where you just wanna slap someone. But......the very best, most effective is EXERCISE. Sit ups will take away the cramps cuz they are only blood clots that must be broken up, and exercise will make your whole body feel better. Try it

I know how you feel,I battled this problem for years.I do know that birth control tablets help to some extent. However there could be a underlying medical condition causing you so much pain e.g cysts on ovaries please go and see your gyno and have a complete examination.I ended up having a hysterectomy at age 30 my periods were so bad and it was caused by endimitrosis.Good Luck and I am pulling for you.

The only thing that helps me when I get bad crampy tummy, is my bed and a hot water bottle. Old remedy's are often hard to beat.

Try some overthecounter meds to help with the pain like Midol. Rest. Use a heating pad on your belly or cold whichever helps you. Rest. See the doctor. Rest some more.

The old remedies are still the best -warm milk and a hot water bottle strategically placed.

Hi, I used to get really bad cramps and I vomited to, I went to my gynecologist and it was a cyst that I had in my ovaries and that caused those strong pains, so I recommend you go see your doctor.
Take care.
