i was wondering how you legally creat a country and set it apart from th country it was origanally in and all that simalar stuff,
in short i wanted to know what id hae to do to create a new country

Be the bigger dog. The only way you can form a new country on this planet, is to take over an existing one or a part of an existing one and hold on to it. Setting up your new governments laws would make it legal in your new country, but most existing countries would consider your bid for power an act of War or at the very least Treason against that country from which you make the attempt against.

go to the nearest FBI building and ask them... they know how to create a new country and will be glad to help you out.... your country may start off real small (like a small white room that is soft and has cushions for walls!) but over time it will grow to be the biggest country around!

legally don't know but not legally you can gather some followers like hundred and got to war with a small country

find undiscovered land and declare it as your own. Then invite friends party all night, sleep all day ,, that to e is the american way. !!!!
