Its a finely balanced combination of both to be honest, nice sized equipment with the ability to use it to the best advantage. If a mans widge is to big and he just dos'nt have a clue well its like being stabbed with a rather large tree trunk, and if a mans widge is to small, well that would be as much fun as throwing a matchstick down the M5!
Finally rythym is all important, I suggest to any man to take up drumming as they have just the most perfect timing known on this gods green earth!

Actually, it's technique (but a lot of women THINK it's size)

Size does matter - to a degree...

The vagina of the average woman is only sensitive for the first 4 inches, the rest of the tube is a lot less sensitive - so, if a guy's penis is less than 5 inches long, the woman probably isn't going to like it.... but, if a guy is longer than 5 inches, she's good to go and anything longer than 6 inches it doesn't matter - since all that extra material is wasted

Maybe a little bit of both is good, b/c if you've got a decent size and a decent technique, you can get the job done! But if you have to pick one or the other, I'll go with technique. My last b/f was a good 9 inches on a bad day, when we were in a rush, but when he got good and hard he had to be at least 10, but sometimes it felt like he was trying to punch a hole straight through me. Eventually, when things got routine, I could paint my fingernails while he did the same things over and over. If your technique makes me want you to finish and go home, size won't make a difference.

I think that technique is the most important. If they don't know what they are doing, Its just no good, lol. But to some extent I think size matters, because if its impressively large, lol, you are kind of at their mercy!

It really depends on what you are talking about, for instance in terms of using a fly swatter if you don't have a good technique then a big swatter is the best bet.
