Yes...

In my local region (in France), half of the students are going to catholic schools even if they don't matter with religion (I'm not even baptised and I went to a catholic school) because these school have a better reputation than state owned school. Indeed, they are not expensive at all (even two jobless parents can send their children to these schools).

But in France, the religious school have a special status, the state give money to them, and the catholic school commit to follow the education program of the state.

Religion is an option at these catholic school , and it is not mandatory to go to religious offices...

because im a catholic ive sent my kids to a catholic school. the school firstly caters for catholics but if theres spaces left they go to non catholics. my kids school is full because of its reputation of being the best school and parents arnt worried about the kids getting taught religion because they are getting the best education

absolutely not. i don't believe that faith schools should be allowed to operate. education is quite separate from religion, which is, or at least ought to be, a private matter.

What would be the point? In my school there were plenty of non religious students who insisted on ruining it for the rest of us.

go to school,...finish your education, graguate......and the go to the uni..........THE POINT IS TO FINISH....dont care which school u go to ok....
