If your urine is darker in color as well it might be a kidney stone. You should go to your doctor and do the pee in the cup thing and they'll test it. Good luck to you

Have you seen a Dr.? If not you should do so immediately, not an appointment for 3 weeks from now. I don't know your age or general health but don't mess with chest pain. Here are some important things to know: Tightness, squeezing radiating pain can be signs of a heart attack. Intermittent chest/arm pain often precede a heart attack. Heart attacks may have few or very vague symptoms. Angina (a predecessor to heart attack) is usually brought on by activity or stress and goes away with rest. There are other serious problems that could cause this type of pain also. Pain is the body's way of telling us there is a problem don't ignore it!! Heart disease is a # 1 killer of men and women in America, see the American Heart Association web site for more facts.

Okay, after 10 days, it's time to go to the doctor.

It could be a lot of things. A pulled muscle in exercise, constipation or other bowel issues, an ovarian cyst, or something more serious. But after 10 days of it not going away on its own, it's time to go consult a physician, if only to get some painkillers.

Could be a kidney infection or a stone. With the amount of information that you gave, that was my first thought. Go get it checked out :)

according to chinese medicine, it could be your spleen or liver ( i can't remember which side they are on )..... try liver aid, makes it go away.. as i got that problem too... if its serious pain, it could be the symptoms people are talking about above :(

go see a doctor, and if you know a good chinese dr ... go see him/her too. they help check your body's weaker organs eg.
