Where can I get a recall list for Toshiba PC models with fire risk Sony battery?

Have searched all Toshiba site and Sony site.

My PC is from 2003 perhaps that's safe, but I have to sit it on a piece of wood to keep the underside cool as it gets VERY hot!

Read the media articles but never saw any indication of where a list of dodgy models be so I could check
