I live in NJ and Id like to know if the weather service all ready predicted a cold snowy winter for here if anyone knows please answer thank you.

I just clicked the link of jcesar's Answer and it does not forecast a cold, snowy winter for NJ at all!! Rather it forecasts an average winter for both temperature and precipitation in NJ, though it projects that most of the USA outside the northeast (average) and southeast (below normal) will be much warmer than average.

It has been so far in the NW and it's not even officially winter yet! We'll take the snow tho'... water table needs it!
