Actually, I think that's a great idea. When I was little there was a lady who had kids sign their name in a notebook, then she gave everyone a nickel.

Absolutely. Some people even pass out pencils and erasers, so why not toothbrushes? I think it's a great idea.

Yes, you can pass out tooth brushes, that would cut down on the cavities, but the gum I am not sure about. :)

candies are more traditional, but the tootbrushes (if they're cute and a novelty) and gum are a good idea too.
