Take some cotton batting (like from a pilow) and wad it up and stick it all over your clothes and then have a squirt gun filled with water and when people ask you what you are tell them you are "partly cloudy with a good chance of rain" and then squirt 'em!

Wear old clothing from mom or dad and put on make up from mom and there u go......... a costume, or go to the dollar store and get a cheap costume!

Dress up like an old person, put baby powder in your hair, wear old people clothes which I'm sure someone can lend you, walk with a cane, and maybe put some wrinkles on your face with your mom's make-up. It won't cost a dime :)

You can be a mummy. Go to a dollar store or walmart and buy toilet paper. Wrap that around you acouple of hundred times and you can sweet. If you want to dirty it up, wipe someones butt! Its sick butt works! Have a good time!
