PAINT JOBS- I live in the Mableton/Atlanta, Georgia area and I need to get a paint job on my car. Where?

What should this paint job include and warrant against? Do they sand down or remove the existing paint? I am going back with the same color. Do I get a cheap paint job and recoat with clearcoat(s)????
