I have spywares called Begin 2 search, cool web search, and you could win this and they are all listed as very high risk spywares. I have ran Xoftspy and I tried to delete them but they always come back after I restart my computer, so I decided to quarantine them and still they come back after I restart. On the cool web search I got the Cool websearch shredder but it says it dont find anything on there. And neither does Ad Aware its only the Xoftspy that says its finding these things. What should I do and how can I get rid of them permanently. I am already running 3 anti spwares but cant get them off so please help?

Okay don't know if you want to know of another spyware product.SPYSWEEP. Not the freedownload version. The one you can purchase at the store.
My husband's work pc became infected. He ran a dozen programs ect on it however some of the stuff attached it's self the run when windows started up making it almost impossible to delete any of it.
Spysweep went in took it out then restarted the computer taking out the adware that had attached it's self. As windows is opening up it was there taking it out. Have never witnessed anything like that before.

There is no place to post general info to help yahoo users,so this is for everyone.

If you are running Windows XP

The only way to make sure nothing is left on your system is to do a clean install of Windows.

Then you should make sure you have all the latest critical updates

Then install the following free programs on your pc

Windows Defender,Spybot search and destroy,Ad-aware AVG-Free antivirus, use a router if you have Cable or DSL as a hardware firewall, make sure xp firewall is turned on. Install the new IE 7 or use FireFox 2.0.

Download Rootkit revealer and run it.

Image your hard drive after a clean install.

If you are an inexperienced user get some one to help you with all this, or you will need to take it to the shop.

Try rebooting the PC in Safe Mode (Press the F8 key repeatedly during boot up until you get the Safe Mode option). Run Ad-aware and Skybot Seek&Destroy both in Safe Mode. Should be able to remove the spyware. Then reboot to return to normal mode.

Usually when a spyware can not be removed, it is loading itself during boot up, so its files are "in use" and can not be removed. When you boot in Safe Mode, only the minimum files needed to run Windows are loaded, so the files will not be "in use".

best thing is pay some money, go to the store and get a legitimate spyware blocker. Everyone wants to get them free off the internet, but which one?

as other said too i suggest mix of spybot and lavasoft adware remover se .
but security as always i said is an art .
in this art you must as one commander be smart and strong with armors ans shields .
let we see what i say .
1-remove and destroy fly home first ,it means relative to browser you use as internet explorer or firefox ,do clear their cache ,the history ,the internet temprory document you must clear at all .you must clean cookies too,off line internet files too ,and same thing as it ,oh they are too much to do ,ok then use internet history cleaners as it http://www.freedownloadscenter.com/Search/internet_cleaner.html
all are the same .
2-now you must dont let again they come back to your computer ,i suggest you download and use free zoonalarm software ,its firewall and it will not let again you take infect ,its really good match for your antivirus.its from zoonalarm.com,please pay attention if it said which one professional or free (standard) u select free.
3-after that you must to have proper antivirus agin i suggest avast ,its free too from avast.com ,please know ,it is avast 4.7 free home edition.
4-after them please go and do spybot and adware remover from lovasoft .
5-you can do even more and more ,as setting policies and as it ,that now isnt really needed.
6-if you did and they still are coming ,you do this ,push start buttom ,then run, then write msconfig ,then u will see startup window at right end ,then u see if same name of things that bother you are here or not,if you are seeing them then clear check mark front them.
7-after all of them if still you had problem you just must more by hand do it ,its small software named hijackthis http://www.majorgeeks.com/download.php?det=3155
download it from here .in it certainly you will see problem ,be just carefull and continue ,it will let you remove good and bad ,then if your not sure send one log that it makes to me ,i will let you know wich you must remove
*you can try step 6 after step 1 ,but if it worked you must to know that its not eough and you must continue to step 6 .
