ppl will giv ya umpteen ans u already noe......abt yer diet n sleep n stuff. but guess wat rulz above all dat? its yer interest r lack of it in wat u do.... wid real interest, u can stay up fer long hours n still not feel tired.... but when ya do sumthin dat u don like.......r forced 2 b in an unsuitable atmosphere, mental stress/ truble makes ya wanna escape yer own life, thereby resort 2 sleep n "leisure" measures.......u wanna jus close out all dat unwanted stuff frm yer life.......but da wiser thing 2 do wud b 2 face yer prblm in da face n solve it, not run frm it. if you're perfectly happy but still sleepless, consult yer doctor, dude.

if you sleep alot and get tired easily then you might have anemia i think you should go to the doctor just for a check up.

maybe you should look at your lifestyle,are u partyin too much,late nites early mornings..depending on what you job is etc..are u under alot of stress workwise or emotional..are you eatin a healthy diet gettin excercise etc..too much caffeine,alcohol and nicotine can all interrupt your sleep.or are you a heavy snorer,cos ppl that snore dont themselves get a good sleep?many possiblities

You should have your doctor check your iron. If you are deficient it could make you feel really tired.

u might not be getting enough sleep. adults should ger 8-10hrs. of sleep every night.
