my roomate went as a sexy cop: blue button down shirt unbottoned way down, a short blue mini, blue pleather heels, and a black cop hat with a chain on it (they are pretty available at costume stores) and a plastic pin badge she pinned to the center of her cleavage on her bra....it was a big hit!!! she also had a nightstick
