Lets face it, Yanks are just criminals tossed out of europe, plus the people who fled of the 3rd Reich and some Intellectuals who can't get a ground in their native Homes.
Didn't they wipe out all the NATIVE AMERICANS?
Does that give them the rights to be the moral police of the world?
Or does it make them just as NAZIS as the 3rd Reich?

Europe wil always have a rpejudice against America as a land of emigrants (that is spelled correctly) and lower class scum. Native Americans aren't all wiped out, thank god, with growing populations in every tribe. No excuses there, but there you go. However, comparing us to Nazis is pretty extreme. For one thing, we officially like the jews. That puts us one up on Europe.


A better question would be, does ANYONE have the right to be the world's police. But an even better question would be, does a country have the right to interfere in the politics of another country that affects them?

That is an extremely difficult question. Surely, everyone is glad to have the US put pressure on China to keep North korea under control. Because as bad as Bush is, he'll be out in two years. Kim Jong is there until someone in North Korea realizes that , in fact, he's not Elvis.

Uiltimately, the question is useless, because a world power will not voluntarily withdraw from world politics for ethical reasons. Rome, Greece, England, the Dutch, they all interfered with other countries, and decimated populations in the process. It's a reality you're going to have to live with.

Be glad that the days of true colonialism, where we would just show up, take your land, and kill you all off, are over.

Ultimately, the US isn't running around lecturing on morals. We're not invading Africa and telling them to stop smoking. We're protecting our interests, which for the most part, Europe shares and generally, keeps fewer people from dying.

And speaking of Africa, the truth is, Americans feel abd about Africa, we do, but Africa is a money pit. We keep just throwing dollars after dollars with no real effective change. The PEOPLE of Africa must ultimately resist their corrupt leaders who take all the money and supplies and dole out scraps.

Yes maybe your right, but you tell me which other country or organisation has got the guts to stand up and be counted? The UN are spineless the entire world seems to be corrupt. We have been pouring money into Africa for over forty years but still some of the countries can,t support themselves.Maybe Afghanistan and Iraq should look at history,after all both Germany and Japan lost wars against America and their population don't live in poverty. First of all, American weren't criminals, Australia was the country used for criminal people and sometime some Island in the Caribbean.
America was founded by persecute religious people, later by people who want to make a new life, but weren't criminal and of course by some criminals.

We cant be the moral police, but sometimes a country of people who have been terrorized by a dictator for a long time and the dictator is nutty enough to use a nuke on his enemies, we do step in. Hopefully it wont be necessary much. The UN is useless in these things it seems.

Sad thing is they could be really useful -
Darfur anyone - why has US ignored

Somalia - US had a go, this was a good fight, they went there to attack and capture brutal warlords stealing aid, child soldiers, rape etc. But gave up. Ironically the Islamic courts have brought peace to the country and now US is funding those same child raping drug taking warlords to fight the muslims.
