Urea has many practical applications, including being used as a preservative. The most famous use of Urea however is in the production of fertilizers.

You find Urea in nearly everything. I believe it is used as a preservative. Never realized how much stuff you find it in until my sister's skin condition was diagnosed as an allergy to Urea. She had to switch shampoos and can only use certain brands of makeups and lotions.

I work at Bath and Body Works...we DO NOT put cat urine or any forms of urine in our lotions. Maybe you should do a little more research before making accusations :)
