i wonder what do you mean, if you asking about to wink a girl in street and then becoming fiends. but if you are working in syria and have friends in your work, sure you will have friends girls and boys, no matter if you are christian or not, the matter is if you are a good person or not.
Syria is normal country we have our life and society of course with rules.
