Ian Dowie. Without a doubt. He has no tactical methods. His approach to a game is send the boys out with high morale and hope for the best. I know he is limited with players but Charlton Athletic are a good team that are rapidly on their way out of the premiership because of a less than average manager.

the worst manager in the epl is Ian Dowie he got relegated with crystal palace and now he will again send charlton down.He is the worst manager,but I think he will do better with charlton than he did with crystal palace but they will still be relegated
