I live in South Africa. How come you ask? Do you want to know where's good to go? Are you from SA? Ok, well I personally haven't been all over SA, but these are the places i've been: Firstly I live in Johannesburg. I've been to Cape Town: Sea point, Cape Point, Muizenburg, Clifton, Cams Bay. Durban/Umhlanga/Ballito, Drakensburg, Parys, Swadini, Saabi, Pretoria, Sun City, Vereeniging, Bethlehem, The Vaal River, Orange Free State, Kroonstad, Port Elizabeth, Kruger National Park, Wagonsdrift...yeah,I guess that's it:)

I've been to SA 3 times before - twice to Cape Town, once doing the Garden Route and also spending 1 week in Jo'burg. Going back to Cape Town again for 10 days and then another 10 days in Bathurst (between Port Elizabeth and East London). I believe Cape Town is a must - you could easily spend 2 weeks seeing the sites around there: table mountain, the V&A waterfront, Robben Island, the nearby vineyards and going to Hermanus to spot whales. Jo'burg isn't that good - it is more for business than having a holiday. You can spend a day at Sun City and a couple of days around Pretoria, but Jo'burg itself isn't that spectacular and some areas are very deprived. I was married in SA (in Bathurst where my wife's parents have their holiday house). SA is great for eating out - good, cheap food with large portions of fish and meat. I've had crocodile, ostrich and loads of types of fish out there. I've now bought a 1ha plot of land 1 mile from the sea just outside Gordon's Bay (20 minute drive from Cape Town airport) - hoping to move out there towards the end of 2007.

I'm from South Africa. Been everywhere except for Sun City and Bloemfontein, dont ask me why, I just havent been to those two places.

Ive been to Cape Town, Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape of Good
Hope, and a resort next to Krueger National Park.
