By direct deposit. On the PGA Tour the money is deposited in the account specified by the player on the Monday following the tournament. In ice hockey, I believe it's two direct deposits a month.

i wish they were payed after a game. depending on their performance in the game. unfortunately, its by a pre determined contract. i would love to see in baseball $200. for a single, 400 for a double, etc. an error would cost the player 1000.
