I wasn't looking for heely's but I got on the web and found them. I was looking for quad's for my lil 5 yrs old. Heely's are great if you have balance. If your granddaughter is little I would suggest chicago skates.com. But if you google heely's skates. Im sure they will pop up.
I also know that ebay has them. Along with pads that she will need.

I know for a fact that Shoe City out here my way has heelies. You can try Target as well or any place where they sale kid's shoes. They even have the generic ones at t he swap meet for 15.00 i think but that's in Vegas.
