I am not blind, but half way.
My common sense tells me that; Seeing is one of a the very important senses in our body, so being born blind, does not know any colour at all, but perhaps black or white!
The imagination in the mind of a born blind person, then it must be black hued with white and just sounds.
They do dream of course, as any other person do, still their disabilities armed them with different approach towards life as it is in reality. Means they live in a different world of their own imagination.
Maybe I'm wrong in all that I have said, that's me. Thanks, Bye.

No, because they never ever seen shapes or colors like we have. Yes they can dream, but pictureless. They can dream of thoughts, stories and actions just like you do but with out the pics and flix! Its weird to think about that? Would it be the same for deaf people too? Can they hear in dreams? Probably not.

I think we've had this question before.
