10 students 5 get the job done in half the time, of the other 5, the 10 students have the same tasks to complete how do i prevent boardome with the 5 that complete task 30mins befor the rest of the class. Have tryed to get them to work as a team and help out with the others but they are reluctant. new to teaching

I am appalled - surely with this grammar and spelling you are not a qualified teacher.
If you were you would certainly know that you are failing your pupils in not alloting them diverentiated tasks according to their abilities.
Sorry if I sound harsh, but I feel you ought to consider a change of profession.

Give the quicker-learning students more work to do.
Let them get ahead.
Have them help the slower students.
Turn it into a game or other activity that you all do the same thing together at the same time and no one is left out or left behind.

Can you explain the question - what is 'divition'? I can't see the connection between what you say and catering!
