deep breathing exercises. They will help you calm down and center yourself. You can learn them through yoga or even with tapes or through books. Once you learn them you will be able to put them into practice in your daily life without anyone knowing.

Well I used to have bad anxiety attacks until I started taking Xango my good friend told me about it. She said just try and see if it helps you, so I did and now 9 months later I haven't had an anxiety attack since Febuary 2006 so Xango has helped me out alot.

meditation & yoga. It seemed to help me.....but in the end if you cant function i highly suggest a small dose of Ativan 0.5mg you will need to get a prescription but highly recommended if your anxiety gets to the point where you feel like your losing control or just simply "out of it". Good Luck

When you feel anxious just take big deep breaths, in through your nose and out through your mouth. Imagine breathing in calm and breathing out stress. You can also take St John's Wort and Bach's rescue remedy is excellent. When you feel anxious just put a few drops of Bach's under your tongue, do your breathing and you'll be fine.

Food. Try salmon patties made with old-fashioned oatmeal instead of breading. These foods have natural nutrition that help level blood sugar - an imbalance of which may help cause anxiety.
Check out www.hufa.org for more info on what symptoms low blood sugar can cause - besides anxiety.

Breathing, deeply. Walk back and forth, or rock in a chair and listen to calm classical music.

Vigorous morning exercise, evening yoga, laughter, and cleaning your house. Though there are times when proper pharmaceuticals are really beneficial.
