Well I used to have bad anxiety attacks until I started taking Xango my good friend told me about it. She said just try and see if it helps you, so I did and now 9 months later I haven't had an anxiety attack since Febuary 2006 so Xango has helped me out alot.

meditation & yoga. It seemed to help me.....but in the end if you cant function i highly suggest a small dose of Ativan 0.5mg you will need to get a prescription but highly recommended if your anxiety gets to the point where you feel like your losing control or just simply "out of it". Good Luck

When you feel anxious just take big deep breaths, in through your nose and out through your mouth. Imagine breathing in calm and breathing out stress. You can also take St John's Wort and Bach's rescue remedy is excellent. When you feel anxious just put a few drops of Bach's under your tongue, do your breathing and you'll be fine.
