as a kid what was the best candy to get for Halloween ?

as a child my favorite candy was the peanut butter things wrapped in the orange and black paper.

Any of the miniature candy bars! Snickers, Mounds, Hershey bar, Milky Way, Three Musketeers, etc. As an adult, that is what I pass out on Halloween to the children who come to our house. So in case we have leftover candy, I get the good stuff!

My advice is to buy peanut butter cups and/or snickers. I walk every day and it never fails the day after Halloween if the kids don't like the candy you give them...they throw it in the street or in bushes. When I lived in the city...if you gave cheap candy...you got raided. I always buy what I would want.

I agree, chocolate! Snickers, KitKat, MilkyWay, I also like to get gum. I used to chew it in school and get in trouble! lol Oh man didnt you hate it when you were a kid and some old people would give like a nickle! Man, good times!
