Hmmm, in my head or in what I do? My heart leads what I think and how I feel, that's for sure. But the way I act, that's my mind. I'd act a little too crazy if I was following my heart,

As I get older I think I use my head more when making decisions. Although I also realize that as I get older I'm very sensitive about issues that didn't even phase me when I was young. I find myself crying over everything. I'd like to think I use my heart but I think at this point in my life my mind steps in and says - hey, idiot you've been burned before don't do it again!

Well, I followed my heart straight to my man (we've been together for 13 years), and now I am free to follow my mind. Still, I am soft-hearted, and help out all that I can, so I guess I do still follow my heart sometimes!

oh yeah. i always follow my heart in every situation. its the only thing that take your feelings into consideration. while your mind can be very logical, it doesnt care how you feel after the matter. its especially important in matters of love.
