i have a swimming meet next....that i the time i have m y periods...i really want to go and swim.plz help me?

Use tampons . If you haven't used them before, the instructions in the package are very helpful.

I agree with the tampon answer. They are easy to use and will be no problem with your swimsuit.

tampons they keep you cleaner than pads would also
