it's not "percentise", it's "percentile". it's not "wat" it's "what". It's not "da" it's "the" ("da" means "yes" in Russian). Geez.
anyway, we all use pretty much all of it, for a mix of controlling body functions, conscious and subconscious, etc.
even on a day when someone will forget many things, and misspell many many words, that person will still be using hundred percent of their brain.
so it is not like there is a 90 percent dormant, waiting to be used.
