When I was a kid someone told me the moon was made out of cheese. This sounds unlikely to me...how about you?

No--the cheese thing was just a stunt by some dairy association. LOL.

Not really cheese, because the APollo astronauts determned that the cows need for milk had died out on the moon eons ago. It is more like a fermented, aged cheese product. The astronauts ate some and developed digestive problems, much like hemmoroids, but they called it asteroids.

If you want to see some of this cheese, go to the Smithsonian in Washing DC and ask for the moon cheese brought there by the Astronauts.

According to the "vark en Kuik" story about the drowning moon it is not made of cheese, it was a trick that made it look like that.

But, there is another question here that discusses the question if we really set foot on the moon or that it was a hoax we dont know for sure!

We all thought the moon was made of cheese but in real life, it is made by rocks. I'd rather it be cheese b/c that would be more fun and tasty too!
