Yes it is a good move if you can get it done -- Harrison is drawing the top cover men and PM is going to Wayne instead a lot this year (3 TDs for Wayne last week) -- Portis is definitely one of the top backs and appears to be totally healthy again.

No. Portis has been injured more that he's played this season. Also, Washington's passing game is not as good as once thought, so defenses are making a point to stop the run.
Harrison should have a big week, as Peyton will look to him a lot thi week vs. New England

Defintely do that. With the colts 7-0 they may not even play PM or harrison as much a little later in the season to keep them fresh for th eplayoff's. Portis on the other hand has s a lot of work to do down the stretch. It'll be much eaiser to replace harrison that to try to find another RB on waivers or through a trade.

Well it depends on your current RB's and WR's. If you can afford to lose Harrison I say you should go for it. But remember Portis is playing on a team that is always playing from behind so he won't get as many yard and TD's that he is capable of. Harrison is a consistent wide out that will score a ton as far as wide outs go. It's just a matter of how badly you need a RB and what you want to give.

I would pull the trigger on this as soon as possible, preferably before Portis comes back from injury and shines again. He's by no means a slam dunk top 5 RB but he has potential, and regardless, any top 15 back is probably worth adding to your stable of backs for a WR like Harrison who is definitely solid but whose upside isn't as high as it used to be.

It should also be said, of course, that it depends on your roster and how big the drop-off is to your next starter at both positions.... Good Luck.

RBs are usually on short supply especially if you play 2RB,2WR format. Portis has 6TDs to Marvin's 3. So go ahead and try. I doubt the other guy will give up Portis so easily
