EVERYTHING!! TREMENDOUSLY!
Have you paid attention to how men used to dress? Maybe it was 20's 30's 40's - they wore suits with vests, white shirts, dress hats, etc. I can't figure out how they could work - do actual labor.
There were never too many women getting their picture made, cause they were home with their ten kids.
I think it is amazing how they were always dressed in suits. For instance in movies of the San Francisco earthquake, etc - you see men in suits. It's not like they 'dressed up' to go to the earthquake! They already had those clothes on!
That is just clothes. Everything has changed to just about the same degree.
Personalities, and children, and morals, and entertainment, and expectations, and right along with it, we have changed.
So without going into another spiel for each of the categories you mentioned, Yes - everything has changed!

I completely changed myself when I was about 20 or so. I stopped taking cocaine, stopped drinking whisky by the bottle and stopped caring about what other people thought about me.
Since then, I've hardly changed one bit. Most people I know haven't changed since I've known them (though I do know a few who won't talk about their past).
I suppose things change the most. My local pub is completely different than how it was when I first started drinking there. I've moved house, so that's different. London has turned in to one of the shittiest cities in the world (though I still love it), so that's changed.
Yeah, things.

Tough one, but I'll say things. I did a lot of changing 2 years ago, but have stayed the same since, for the most part.

I cannot change anyone, but when I change my self and my reactions to things and people, I find that I change the world!

I rarely change. In general, people are always the same. But things...things change constantly and mercilessly.

Hmmmm... tough choice between people & me. I'm not the same now compared to a year ago, or the year before that, and the one before that.... Same for the people around me.
