I just applied for my American Visa to go on holiday in Dec but was rejected. What are the chances that I will get it if I reapply.

If you were denied under 214B, there is little chance that you will be issued within one year. You should repost a question and provide better details of your situation.

You will have to overcome the objections of the office that rejected you. They told you what the problem was and they told you what the solution was. Once you do what they say, they may let you in.
