Every morning I wake up fine but then by lunch time I seem to have this build up in my chest. It sometimes feels like there is something in my throat. By dinner or thereafter I feel so much bloating in my chest and the need to burp is so great. I can feel it building. By the time I'm going to bed my mouth is watering excesevly and I'm awaken in the night by a "choking" feeling and coughing. Any ideas?

SOunds like regurge or reflux. Possibly your esophagus flap is not working correctly and food is coming back up instead of staying in your stomach. It is best to be evaluated by a Gastro physician. In the mean time you shouldn't eat a few hours before bedtime. An antacid may help temporarily but you shold really go to the doctor. Good luck.
