I'm trying to play the mini game called, "Go with the flow," where you have to connect pipes in order to keep the water system from overflowing. Well, I'm on level 3, and I still haven't gotten all the gifts. Any tips on how to do the pipe system faster?

Here's some tips.

Always start where the water comes out.

chose one (hot or cold) for each level that will be the "simple" one. choose the simplest path. (don't forget to work on the other one tho!) The other one can be more complex = more points, but once you've got one done, then you don't have to worry about the other.

have one space designated as your "dumping square". any unwanted peices can easily be "dumped"there until the peice you need turns up. That way, the most negative points you'll get it -10.

Try to make more than one route on the complex one, then combine them so the water doesn't spill out everywhere.

Always take advantage of the stopper, freezer, and changing pipe (joker hat). don't waste them senselessly.

I just keep pressing the button to change pipes real quick until I find one that I need. I stay in the same box until I find the pipe that I need and then I move to the next box. I usually use up more pipes and boxes than needed because that makes your score higher. I just go back and forth between the blue and yellow pipes placing a pipe until I have both of them connected to each end. I know, I may have confused the heck out of you. I really try to fill up as many boxes as I can and I never use a pipe with more than two ends to it. The more boxes you fill, the higher the score, the quicker you get the gifts.
